Refund policy

If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for safely shipping returned items and for return shipping costs. Once the items are received back safe and in good condition, refund will be issued for items purchased minus the shipping costs.

Digital downloads, art prints, paper goods and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded. 

In case the order/item arrives damaged buyer must contact us within 5 business days after delivery. If your order is damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper.

Shipping a return

Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item and/or order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item/order is refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
